Dunning Rickets moved to the Arcadia area of Phoenix at age eleven, which has allowed her to witness the development and growth of the Valley, and gives her an unusual perspective and in-depth knowledge of many areas of the greater NE and East Valley. Dunning Ricketts’ successful career began in the 1980s, when she first earned her real estate license to buy and sell investment properties. Her varied background attests to her business acumen, including a degree from Harvard University and ownership of a renowned French restaurant.
Dunning Ricketts returned to real estate in 2014, dedicating herself to helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Dunning Ricketts has also distinguished herself as a civic-minded champion, with stints as a former board member of the Southwest Wildlife Conservation Center and President of Fountain Hills ADOG, as well as an active Fountain Hills Rotarian.
An avid equestrian, Dunning Ricketts is a former western horse youth champion, which gives her a unique perspective when assisting clients with buying or selling horse properties. However, Dunning-Rickets exhibits the same integrity and innovation for buyers and sellers in all price points of resale homes and new construction, second homes, or investment properties.
