Susan and Tony Pellegrini were a delight to work with during the sale of my Fountain Hills condo. Their expertise was demonstrated in every aspect of the process, and I always had total confidence in them. Whenever I had a question or concern, they responded immediately, and their follow-through was diligent. Six months after I closed, I had an inquiry about money owed to me by the HOA after completion of a scheduled roofing job. Rather than reimbursing me as stated in the sales contract, the HOA mistakenly sent the money to the buyer. All I had to do was call Tony and he tracked the money down and had it sent to me. I knew I could count on him.
